Supplied in disc form (1” diameter), and sealed in the plastic disc with epoxy. Ideal for demonstration of basic characteristics of radiation. Samples emit a range of alpha, beta and gamma radiation. These samples are extremely low level and present no known radiation hazard. They are exempt from USNRC and IAEA licensing. Discs can be stored in lead pots to minimise radiation levels.
