This set of 3 double slits are used for creating “Young’s Fringes” to demonstrate that light diffracts on the edges of a slit has the properties of a “wave”. Made in Australia, instructions included.
The double slit experiment was the basis for quantum theory, and this set of three 50x50 mm mounted slits enable this experiment to be reproduced easily. With slits of 0.05 mm, the three different spacing clearly show the interference fringes caused by the wave property of light.
